Procoat Z388 is a multipurpose, water-based, elastic acrylic liquid membrane manufactured by ProZ Waterproofing. It is designed to waterproof various surfaces while also reducing solar heat absorption.

Uses

- Roofs: Suitable for different substrates like roof tiles, zinc, metal, brick, and concrete.

- Walls: Protects partition walls and vertical side walls against surface water infiltration.

- General protection: Can be used to bridge and seal cracks and joints. 

How to apply

- For best results, ProZ recommends the following application method: 

- Clean the surface and ensure it is free of dirt, loose materials, and contaminants.

- Dilute Procoat Z388 with 10% water and apply one layer. Allow this to dry for at least 3 hours.

- Apply successive, undiluted layers of Procoat Z388. It is recommended to use at least two coats for better coverage and waterproofing.
